About NSAN

The Nordic Severe Asthma Network (NSAN) consists of Nordic specialists in severe asthma. The Nordic Severe Asthma Network was established in January 2016, with the overall aim to strengthen the quality of care of severe asthma across the Nordic countries, and to generate real-life evidence of severe asthma in the region.

The Nordic Severe Asthma Network works to improve the management of severe asthma through guidelines, education and real world evidence research. The Trans Nordic database NORDSTAR, governed by NSAN, provides unique opportunities for improving our understanding of severe asthma and the unmet needs to be addressed in our management of severe asthma.
